My favorite breakfast spot. Their BE&C sandwiches are top tier and my son loves their pancakes! The home fries and grits are also delish!
The food is good. The food container is smaller. Along with the serving.
When you call in your order I had a head of picking it up it's done fast and in a professional manner.. and I love that they put powdered sugar on my French toast it's great place to eat breakfast
NOTE: CASH ONLY!!! Food is good. No table service, currently. Orders ate taken at the front. Wait can be a bit long. Good place to stop in if you are making a hospital drop-off/pick-up.
Make sure you can wait an hour.. our server was nice and graceful while the owner was yelling at her but his wife is the only cook and is unable to handle a crowd..hmmmmm
No Bueno. I didn't even get to taste the food. Placed an order and sat there for 40 minutes. When my wife asked how much longer, our food had not even been started. Nothing was said, wasn't going to say anything, ridiculous. And that's on top of the woman taking the orders had a bad attitude and was both handling the orders and serving and helping with the food. And you not handling the food with no gloves on or washing your hands. Now I done ate in plenty of good spots, at least have the curiosity to be gross behind the scene. Gross fingernails and what not peeling cheese. Went across the street to Philly's Breakfast and Steaks and got three breakfast sandwiches in less then 10 minutes. I'd say go to this place if you don't have nothing else to do, otherwise stop patronizing businesses that do not respect the black dollar.
I love this place. I teach at Temple, so when I'm in the area I stop in. They're closed on Mondays, so be mindful. The food is always consistent, good, hot, fresh and I usually call ahead because they're often times busy. But, the food is on point!!!
Family run business and the cook needs help. She is over run orders all day long. Call ahead for take out and dine so you don't go over your lunch break.
